So, while y'all are bitching about Trump (WGAF) and Biden (WGAF), Pfizer and BioNTech have announced today that a Covid Vaccine they have developed is MORE THAN 90% EFFECTIVE.

The Dow has soared 1100 points to a new record.

And in the latest poll only ~40% of Americans say they'll get it. :lol:

I'm not paying attention to polls. The whole system of polls are faulty. I'm pretty sure anyone who really needs a vaccine will get it. And anyway, only 60% of Americans got a regular flu vaccine in 2018-2019 and there was plenty to go around. So even if 50% of the people get the vaccine, the idea is to stop the spread.

That will change. It won’t be a Trump vax.

It's still a couple of months away. By then, they should know of any safety issues.

That doesn't matter. If the vaccine is truly 90% effective (I have my doubts), and the government makes it free and widely available, all shut downs and mask wearing should stop within a few weeks. (but we all know they probably won't)

Damn right I'm not gonna be the first in line to take a brand new vaccine that was rushed through clinical trials at a record pace. I'll wait and see how many guinea pigs die before I decide. :popcorns:

Seriously, the mask mandates won't go away any time soon unfortunately. Porous cloth masks are magic and badly needed, until you sit down at a table in a restaurant, at which point you're magically protected by the table or something.

Anyone who listened to Trump and not the fake news, or Faucci, already knew this. Weird how this bombshell breakthrough came out JUST IN TIME for the election to be over. Why I remember just a week ago when people were saying this wasn't going to happen any time soon, because Orange Man's Warp Speed project was a failure.
