I didn't vote for this Mr. Trump. I sincerely hope this action is as short and simple as the one last year. Do not get pulled into another foreign war, and do not cripple the secular regime to the extent that Islamic fundamentalists are able to seize power.

If this is merely some dick swinging, showing that the US is again the bad boy on the block, I'm not happy we chose this way to do it, but OK, whatever. Dance with the ones who brung ya and use this as a "don't make me have to come back and start kicking ass again" moment and get us out of Syria. Syria is Russia's problem, not ours.

I also am on the outside of the IC, Intelligence Community. The IC has knowledge of many things. As much as our great open society is, the ability of the IC is vast and layered in many places. So with all that said, Trump is the boss of the IC. I may not understand many things but I'd like to believe my trust in him is worthy.

It's way past time for America to get out of the "World Policeman" business. Especially when it comes to Muslims killing other Muslims.

We need to let the rest of the world kill themselves off or grow the hell out of the bronze age culture they wallow in.

I will relay a story regarding the "world police" label. A good friend of mine that traveled the world doing AC drive repair, had a conversation with a Pakistani and he asked what other countries feel about the US. His answer was this'...

A friend/room mate in college was from Iran, son of some diplomat type.....

and not long after Sha's leaving, I ran into an Iranian family with a HUGE mansion out in Potomac Md......yard sale....inside the house was this TWO story portrait of the Reza Sha....in his flight suit who was taking fighter plane training our in Ca. ......he was a relative of theirs.....they all easy/pleasant to get along with in both cases, and not anything I noticed about islam at all.....
