My nephew died last night.
 

43 years old, was sleeping, had some kind of coughing event and aspirated, was gone before his wife could get off the phone with 911. Leaves behind her and 3 little ones, 2, 5, and 7.

We re just devastated. I was back in NJ for Thanksgiving at his home, so I glad I was able to do that. This ****ing sucks. Too much loss over the last few years.

Wow...I'm sorry for your loss. He was way too young.

Condolences - had a cousin die at age 47 a few years back during a routine medical procedure and left behind a wife and two toddlers - yeah, it sucks.

Me on the left, my brother Keith in the middle and Chris on the right. I will miss him terribly. So glad I was able to get there for Thanksgiving this past year.
