Looks like some beautiful art-deco stuff. I have no idea what that would be worth, but one problem with antique beds is their size. Everyone want a king or at least queen sized bed if they are going to use it. It would be good for a kid's or guest room, though.
Maybe a few grand? I've seen that kind of stuff in antique stores going for that much. |
Ask what you want but you'll never get it

Round my parts....be luck to get $50, condition and age....

In my admittedly limited experience in trying to get rid of old furniture, mostly from relatives who passed away, I found that it's essentially worthless.
My wife & I replaced our own bedroom set maybe 10 years ago, & tried to sell our old set. It was from 1970; good manufacturer, excellent condition, all hardwood, no particle board or plywood, etc. In the end, we had to give it away, and had only 1 response to our "free" ad. The Salvation Army store didn't even want to come pick it up, as they had too many sets already. |
Purty....
