my first reaction as well, BUT technically they are breaking the laws regarding ADA. at some point someone was going to figure it out and seek a payday. my guess, however is that internet isn't required to follow the same rules as broadcast tv and hopefully he loses

So he says no closed captioned comment.

The VP of PH commented

So what might be his reason for suing?
