Bill Barr would not allow a US attorney in PA to investigate voter fraud

I wish Bill Barr could have been stronger, but not many people are as strong as Donald J. Trump. Many were ruined by the democrats using the CIA, DOJ and FBI against anyone associated with Trump.

Quote:

I didn’t want to say this, but I am very disappointed that Bill Barr could never hold anyone accountable for the countless abuses of power by Democrats, no one who spied on our campaign, not the authors of the phony dossier, not the women who defamed Bret Kavanagh, numerous crimes, criminal referrals for lying to Congress, illegal leakers, no one responsible for corrupting our elections. He wanted nothing to do with it, and perhaps it is understandable. He became a different man with Democrats said that he would be impeached. I got impeached twice, and I became worse.

Bill Barr would not allow a US attorney in PA to investigate voter fraud. The just came out in a letter. The Justice Department didn’t call out the late-night voter fraud. The ballots were stuffed. That is all in court now, let’s see how it finds out,” Trump said.

I doubt AG Merrick Garland will let the Durham report to be released to the public before the 2022 election. Barr did one thing right by making Durham a special counsel before the pressure was put on him by the democrats.
Quote:

Second ranking House Republican Steve Scalise and Congressman Jim Jordan both told NewsNationNow.com they shared Trump’s frustration with Barr.

“He was the head of the Justice Department and we still, here we are now almost July and we were supposed to have the Durham report a year ago and we don’t,” Jordan said. “So I think there’s justifiable frustration on the part of a lot of Americans.”

The Durham report is an investigation led by federal prosecutor John Durham into whether the Obama-era FBI overstepped its bounds by investigating the Trump campaign’s possible ties to Russia.

Barr ensured Durham would be retained by the Biden administration by making him a special counsel in October.

Barr picked Durham, and they probably agreed up front Durham's actual job was to bury dead bodies and ride out the clock, which he has done. No one is going to be arrested for all the crimes committed during the Trump era that were against Trump and his team. That's clear now.

There should have been plenty of arrests by now, just with the publicly available information. Should have been......

We can only that Durham is stronger than Barr when the democrats threaten Durham; if they haven't already done so. Barr cowered while Trump got pissed and is fighting back with our support. Hopefully, Durham responds to attacks more like Trump.

Although Durham has substantial power, I doubt the Durham Report will be made public until the next Republican majority House and Senate, or the next Republican president.

Terminating a special counsel investigation[edit]
Generally, the special counsel him or herself decides when an investigation will terminate, with or without formal charges being pursued. The special counsel typically issues a final report on their investigation at this time. The current special counsel regulations specify that[6] "At the conclusion of the Special Counsel's work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel."

Quote:

There is nothing in the special-counsel regulations that prevents the report from being made public, let alone anything that would prevent it from being provided to Congress, according to Neal Katyal, the former acting solicitor general who helped draft the regulations in 1999.

Submit to the democrats or have your life and family destroyed. If you are one of the lucky ones you are only financially destroyed.

Dan Bongino says it best. Many Republicans are democrats but no democrats are Republicans.

DOJ agrees that Durham's report should be released to the public when complete
Updated: July 25, 2021

The Department of Justice under President Biden agrees with former Attorney General William Barr's October 2020 special counsel order that John Durham's report on the Trump-Russia investigators should be made public upon completion.

GOP Sens. Chuck Grassley (Iowa) and Ron Johnson (Wis.) requested answers from Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding special counsel Durham's investigation, the Washington Examiner reported. In a letter to the senators, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Joe Gaeta wrote that he could not comment on Durham's ongoing investigation or its status.

However, with regard to Barr's October 2020 special counsel order, which said, "the Special Counsel, to the maximum extent possible and consistent with the law and policies and practices of the Department of Justice, shall submit to the Attorney General a final report, and such interim reports as he deems appropriate, in a form that will permit public dissemination," Gaeta wrote, "The Department agrees with this statement."
