Ignore function?
 
I don't know if we even have an ignore option here but if we do and you ignore someone does it block the threads they start as well as their posts?

You see the threads but not their posts unless you want to.

Yes.

But if someone quotes them, you will be able to see what the (ignored) said in the quote.
