As is FSU, and they are mediocre at best, on the best day.

Utah, KState, UCLA, OleM, UCF also in the pack of 8-3 teams.

nd will also get a bias vote favor, as akin to the DCowboys, very damn polarizing, and their fans wear blinders.

I don't know what planet you're on but the CFP has been expanded to 12 teams in 2026.

How many ranked teams played doesn't mean anything. If you play a ranked team in September next thing you know it's November and that "ranked" team you played two months ago is 4 and 6.

True but the ranked teams fOSU, Michigan, and USC played are still ranked. :kick:

These polls are all stupid and biased big time, and will continue to be so. Anyone who doesn't think how much money a team brings with it to a playoffnhas their head in the sand.
ND has a huge money from boosters behind them and always get thennod.

The SEC teams and ND will always get favor from the NCAA, especially ND. :yesnod:

So, the spread on fOSU and Mich is at 7.5 right now. Any takers for the points?

Since both team have played nobody i wouldn't touch either team. Both teams haven't been tested. Played weak non-conference teams and a weak Big 10 schedule.

Just thinking this will be an upset, or blowout. Mich has shown some weaknesses, but has also shown some toughness. fOSU has kinda just rumbled through. Wondering, with my thought above, how I could go about a bet.

Michigan straight up, and fOSU by 14+. I'll need to look at the payouts to see where to put the blowout to make it work.

I've been telling both of you losers to come to the winning side (SEC), and then you can be part of the NCAA "favor"/winning. :spdchk: :spdchk: :spdchk:

The new format will feature the six highest-ranked conference champions, along with six at-large teams and is set to begin in 2026
The four highest-ranked conference champions will be seeded one through four and each will receive a first-round bye, according to the release. The other eight teams will play in the first round with the higher seeds hosting the lower seeds either on campus or at other sites designated by the higher seed.
I think 12 teams is too many, 8 would have been better, as no one gets a bye.
Getting a bye is worse than playing wimpy teams on your schedule.

fOSU and Michigan have had a bye all year until Saturday. :Jeff '79: If fOSU wins LearPilot/GaryFinn will come in and talk all kinds of smack, if they lose you 'll see him next year. :yesnod: :Jeff '79:

If I still sports bet... I'd pic ND over USC this Saturday. There's a good chance ND can prevail, and the odds would be in my favor.
