flank steak sandwich and fennel salad
Here is what we had last night with friends over. It was great.
flank steak 2 tsp roasted crushed coriander seeds 2 tsp cumin 2tsp garlic salt 1/4 cup each of olive oil, red wine vinegar and soy sauce marinate steak in all of this for at least two hours Mix dijon mustard and mayo for spread grill, slice and serve on large slices of chiabatta bread Salad two fennel bulbs one red onion chopped thinnely sliced tomatillas two tomatoes chopped olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard vinegarette There ya go. did I mention wine? |
