typical burb, 1/4 acre lots, 8' high fence around their property, right behind me and next door neighbor, Chuck.....and for the 99th time I have had to call the cops on the damn barking hound dawgs......middle of the night....

SO, how to poison dawgs?? I figger burger meat over the fence, but what to use that is lethal and quick??

Hate going there, but the cops do essentially nothing, even IF they show up the lezzie couple nurses are on night shift, I think.....not even home.....

send then an anonymous letter in the mail saying it bothers all the neighbors around them and they should address this problem before the police are called.

Cops have been called about a dozen times, or more....over many months....and they only called when it's really BAD, and we notice it.....I suspect it happens every damn night....but if we have our windoze open, well obviously we hear them.....sealed up tight like summer, obviously not.....
