Wrist injury
 

Some of you may have read a few weeks ago. I started a project painting my rental properties trim work. Well, I guess I have to face-the fact I’m too old to work as hard as I’d like to.

I have not been to a doctor or hospital yet, but boy did I screw up my wrist! Shooting pain up my arm numb pinky. Guess I’m gonna call Certa pro painters.

I let a Real Estate management company handle my rental properties.

I'm done doing any home maintenance (except very minor things). I've had plumbers here several times the past two years: replace fixtures, water heater, new terlet, fix softener, and I'm getting a quote for a new shower.

I normally would have done all that myself except the softener, don't know enough about it.

The only thing I'm maintaining from here on out is my body. :eek: Actually, I need a new one but can't find one yet. :(

Experienced something similar after dragging a deer out of the woods 30 years ago. Largest deer I've shot, about a half mile drag. Other than the little finger my arm was back to normal in about 6 months. You'll get used to the numbness in your pinky.

You write like this, and then get mad when I point out that your posts often don't make any sense. :island14:

Mick, First nothing, posted online makes me actually angry. Yes, typos occur. My fault in most instances from voice texting while driving without proofreading.

You guys needs something to keep yourselves busy….. 😝

Go see the doctor, when you have pain radiating both ways in your arm something is not good.
