Sign on floor on side of vehicle, I make it out as stated. Nice vehicle but too dang low.

It's a 1937. And I agree it's been ruined. I HATE bagged/slammed classic cars personally. This car would be the bees knees if it was at normal ride height without the rubber band tires and ghetto wheels. The '57 Pickup in the background is just as bad.

Air rides are height adjustable, dummies!

Unless it's a Lincoln Continental of a certain age, it shouldn't have airbags.

My last three daily drivers have had air springs. Once you've had it, you won't want to go back to steel springs. :seasix:

Once you've r&r'd a ton of failed airbags and compressors and lines, you'll never want to look at another air bag again. Air bags belong in STS's ribcage, not on antique cars.

Agree

Sick of seeing every classic truck restored with this lowered crap.

Haven't have one fail yet. My dad still has his in a 2004 Lincoln. Between his and the three cars that I mentioned earlier, nearing 500k miles. I have however, replaced the steel springs on my TBird, twice in the front, and they are a major pain in the ass.

Looks like it was well done, but definitely not to my taste. And I hate visors! :puke:

Every old vehicle you see in Japan, regardless of the worthiness, will look great due to their vehicle laws.

Could be worse...

That was my first thought as well. All my favorite cars were built prior to 1970. When I was a little kid in the mid '60's, I'd collect second hand Hot Rod and Car Craft magazines and drool over the pie crust slicks, Hurst floor shifters, and candy metalflake paint with tuck and roll interiors. Still hung up on it almost 60 years later. Here's the interior of my '61...I had to hunt and hunt for a genuine Hurst 9" curved shifter from the same era as the car, but I found it and rebuilt it and it's as sweet as it gets!!!Attachment 75307
