A local place here makes it with bacon/chorizo gravy and really good fries and curds, it's so good but not that great for you I think.

Obviously it is not a southern thing, but the pics from the other day looked good as hell. I probably need to work on how I season the hamburger, as I used chopped garlic, and some seasoning salt, but everyone seems to like it.

I will make that from scratch in the morning for the biscuits. This was just an experiment, but it was quick and easy, and everyone seems to like it. Hell, I've not tried it yet. Too busy knocking back a few cold ones.:seasix:
