windows 10. Can't get pics from dropbox

Check the permissions on the folder and the file are set to public.

I can get it to attach from my hard drive or from the internet but not from dropbox. WTF?

Took me two days to get e-mail (outlook 2016) to work without stupid cloud storage BS.
I don't want my stuff out there in nowheresland. I'd like to store everything locally.
