Seat issues
 

Anyone know how to replace the lever that reclines the driver's side seat? Do I need to pull the seat out to do it?

Its easier if you do!

Underneath lever is a u clip you pull it out (i use a bent hanger) then handle slides off.

Install is in reverse!

1) With a suitable blunt ended tool inserted between the cushion and the handle push the handle retaining spring clip down.
2) Pull the handle from the shaft.


Installation Procedure:

1) Position the handle retaining spring clip into the lock position.
2) Snap the handle onto the reclining mechanism shaft.

I believe if you slide the seat all the way forward and fold it down you can work on the handle if you can get ti to work enough to fold it forward.

We didn't take the seat out. We used a crochet hook.
