What color cats have you owned?
 

I think that most people stick to one or two favorite.

Fuzz is a calico. All others have been silver/rust colored.

What say you?

Black and white, and all black. My black cat was the best one. He was just a cool dude.

Most of my Vietnamese friends say Black cats meat is too strong so they prefer a lighter colored cat. They do have a point. :yesnod:

OK, technically, we're cat staffers, but it works better for the parrot this way.

But, then the bigger question: do we own them or do they own us?

Currently: black/white (Tuxedo), Calico (orange, white, black)
Previously: black, orange tabby, Russian blue (blueish gray)

Never owned one.
Had a calico fur in the car for my dates to pet. Nice fur :seasix:

No cats. Dogs.

Have had cats for the past 60 years, all types except pure Abyssinian and pure Siamese. Currently have two large male orange tabbies and a small female chocolate and white tabby who rules the house. All of them adopted me, two as kittens and the latest as a senior cat. I've had a couple of '30 year cats' which means you see one of that caliber about every 30 years. No rodents around my house or in my garage. And someone to drink with at night. Win-win. Attachment 100941

Since I usually acquire all my cats via the cat distribution system, I don’t get to choose. :funny:

Same here. If a stray decides that he wants to live with you, then chances are that he'll be a great asset.
