Hope all of you Texans show her a good time. Maybe some weekend a few of you might be willing to show her a good time. :cert:

I’m planning to encourage her to do a weekend Toobing/camping out in new braunfels.

Also was planning to introduce her to Dave Wells and dave Eberly, they’ve been getting big into karting lately.

Once she gets a feel for her schedule maybe we plan a get together!

A nonmember here has a twin turbo R8 and is big in the local scene was another introduction I was planning on.

For the random record Michael Holts (Welladjusted) is the first person to tell me about toobing in Central Texas, back when I still lived in Orlando. :sadangel:

I haven't been down the river in decades, but didn't the ban on disposable cans and bottles on the river kill their river outfitter business? Most people like to drink beer while tubing, some drink sodas, the smart ones drink water, at least as a supplement. How do you do that if you can't bring cans or bottles on the river? Canteen?

That was only in city limits...most of the Toobing I've done is upriver off of River Road, that was out of the city so the only thing banned up there was small jello shot containers...so folks just started making bigger jello shots.

Then in the city they limited the cooler size...honestly no big deal last time we toobed in the city limits it was still a blast.
