Homeless
 

Well for the first time since I was 26, we are homeless. We closed on our house in Indiana and will close on the house in Iowa on the 14th. My wife is staying here after the sale until our new house closes.
I must say, it was super easy doing the sale by owner. Big cost savings as well.

Homeless got it good. No utilities, no taxes, government handouts, no bail crimes, free cell phones, loan forgiveness. Shit life is great for homeless. The alternative is be a republican and do the right thing, but why?

Congrats, I’ve always sold by owner, helps to have realtor friends. Last one I was homeless for about 2 hours between closings
