good thing someone took a video; because a dude that would be like this operator... is likely to lie about this incident (and probably about everything else in his life).

If there was only a telephone complaint (and no video) this type of azz would say: 'no, I did not drag the bike up on the ramp. Instead, I pushed the bike up the ramp and gently set it down in it's side.'
