BMW headed in for service
Left work at 7, drove about 3 miles down the interstate, and the warning came on the the car was over heating. It basically shut down, no acceleration, won't hold speed. I dove off to the feeder, and it took an hour and a half to drive it back to work to pick up the work F150. Getting it towed to BMW tomorrow, at least it is CPO.

I'd ask the dealer to warranty that latch for you. All they can say is no. Offer the service writer a bottle of his favorite libation if he initially tells you no, if he will make it happen for you. |
As much as I love to drive BMW's-I'd never own one. Car problems suck.

Did you flash it back to stock before you dropped it off?
|
Is it one of those models with the PWM variable speed electric water pumps?
