Just as well to hear it ahead of time rather than what Raceway Park in NJ went through. Lawsuits over noise etc and most of these people moved in after the track was already operational.

The problem with NH, though, is that it is littered with Massholes.

As of late all the good states are being invaded by liberals seeking to escape their own bad policy's they put into place.It's not just a New Hampshire problem.

Well I did have 18.5 acres with a preliminary plat done for a 42 unit subdivision but after seeing the EPA requirements and the cost thereof, I decided to scale it down to 5 lots and just sell them off in parcels. I did subdivide the land, however, not in the manner that I wanted. I sold the last one last year. Perfect timing. :D
