Apparently the drug dealer doesn't want to testify because he doesn't want to self incriminate himself in....the murder of Floyd. It's 3rd degree murder in MN to give someone the drugs that person ends up ODing and dying from.


Hmmm. If Floyd died of a drug overdose, then why are we charging the cop? Did the cop force drugs down Floyd's throat?

I've had this damn trial on all day long. This cop is doomed.

For the same reason that gun manufacturers get sued when when one person kills someone else.

Minneapolis is going to burn and they deserve it. They've voted for liberal idiots to run their city for over 50 years. Burn baby burn. Make stupid hurt again.

Never happen. They'll find him guilty and that'll be that.

It will be a hung jury. There have to be a few people on that jury who will actually take their juror obligations seriously. Kirby took a fatal overdose of drugs......even if you think maybe that didn't kill him, it can't be argued that it isn't reasonable doubt, which is all that is necessary for Chauvin to be acquitted. Is it reasonably possible the guy OD'ed and died from that? He OD'ed and was in the hospital for 5 days just a couple months before, and a year before, he did the exact same thing....confronted by cops, he swallowed all the drugs so he wouldn't get caught with them.

That's got to give at least one or two of them reasonable doubt.

No matter what happens they will burn the town,just like when a team wins....they burn cities,cars etc....:willy:

Even if they do they will lose on appeal. There is 0 evidence to support a homicide or manslaughter charge. At best he will get hit with use of excessive force but even that looks hard given the new video that shoes the cop moving his restraining knee .

You're nuts. This cop is done. I 100% agree with you on the charges but that's beside the point in this case.

That cop is a POS in my opinion but murder? Absolutely not. Nor does he deserve going to prison simply for being a POS.

That jury knows if he isn't convicted there will be more rioting, he was toast from day one, i think riots will still happen even when he's convicted, any excuse will do.

The trial should have had a change in venue, the prosecutor's pushed the ME to re word the autopsy, they inflamed the public by withholding video which did not push their agenda and the prosecutor's are pushing emotions over facts.

The cop IS done. He will be convicted of something, the city WILL burn and there will be years of appeals and the cop will get a few years which will be his time served.

Minneapolis is going to die and Minnesota will be dragged along with it because of the problems that created this mess.

I just don't think that'll happen this time. They're gonna get what they want, Chauvin's head.

The radicals will riot just because they can.
