going back to Comeys earlier "no indictment" announcement... there was talk that he decided that the facts presented a borderline case - not pursue it.... and to just let the American voter pick this one.

just recently - more info has surfaced that tips the scales past "borderline" status... but this close to election day - Comey might again "let the American voters decide". I truly believe he hopes she loses the election, thus making his process a little less complicated (it would be easier to take down a losing candidate.... then to take down a newly elected official).

They would have handed down indictments months ago had Justice not blocked them. Also the second in command at the FBI, and the person who was in charge of the email investigation, was highly compromised by Hillary's campaign. Typically if there are satellite issues with a transponder, it takes out blocks of channels. They have spare transponders and spare slots on active transponders. They could easily change transponders for 360 if it was a satellite issue.
