Wife used to ask my why I "carry" everywhere up until about 5 years ago, now when we are in certain situation she says, "You're strapped ? Right ?"....and you can see the relief on her face....when I tell her, "Yeah"...

I think that after age 65, if you lived a clean and prudent life until that point, you should be allowed to carry and allotted one justified kill per year without consequence. The beauty of it would be nobody would know if you had 'used up' your annual allotment....and everybody would be super polite and respectful. :):D
