Nope, and I gave up the smokes a long time ago along with really laying off the booze.

Stupid question for our medically inclined folks. Wouldn't donating a pint of blood at the blood bank lower your blood pressure? Lower volume of blood in the same enclosed area seems like it would result in lower pressure.
