Well that sucked!
 

Got to work early as always, went in and started the coffee, then I heard someone come in. Indian truck driver dude going a hundred miles an hour and I couldn't understand him, he kept pointing across the parking lot and I kept telling him I'm parked right here It's not me (It was dark out and couldn't see out the glass) Finally went outside to see what was going on..

Apparently when I parked it it didn't click all the way into park and still let me take the key out. Probably took a few seconds to start moving and scooted its way across the lot. I'm fairly certain looking at the damage I'll get a new bed & gate so for $500 I'll get all the other blemishes/dents fixed :seasix:

Will Ford get to pay for that?

Sounds like they put a defective part on the truck.

It's a 2000, whatever defective/recalled parts have been worked through by now. It's been used to its fullest through time so things tend to have wear and tear :cert:

Bah! Sorry to hear man. Brain death happens occasionally but often results in lesser consequences.

I used to install auto glass and my mentor pulled up to get a coffee and bagel one morning. We left the truck running as usual but he left it in drive. :wow:
Luckily we were planted against curb....

Would've driven right into the front door. :lol:
