Huh?

Plus to plus, minus-gative to minus-gative.

Don't forget to plug the charger into the wall outlet.

This isn't difficult.

You're talking about hooking up a battery tender, aren't you? Not buying a used car on this thread, correct?

Chuck A 09-17-2014 11:00pm

ok was told from another forum member just clip it and put it through just wondering why it was bigger

Chuck A 09-18-2014 3:08pm

job was done , ended it snipping the o ring connector and putting it into the bolt, i took some pics if anyone needs to see what it looked like, because hey sometimes all it takes is a pic to understand

Chuck A 09-22-2014 7:51am

ok i figured it out, this should be a sticky,
problem , kept noticing charger always showing battery half charged
solution and conclusion
took charger out of battery area and left out above hood, all of a sudden battery showing fully charged , it seems the interior lights and hood interior light was draining enough so the tender was showing half, so just a update in case anyone cares:)

i know its weird but dayum if i have the hood open the tender goes into middle position the hood light uses a lot of power, but if i close the hood the light in the charger goes into maintenance mode
very weird indeed, who would have thought a light like that would use so much power

The light doesn't use a lot of power, but a tender doesn't put out much power. It's not a battery charger, it's a maintainer.

You can leave the hood up, the light will go out after 15 mins, if no doors are opened. If you open a door, the hood light will come back on for another 15 mins. Or just take the bulb out if it bothers you that much.
