What's going on in NO?
 

Besides the Clemson LSU game? I happened to hear this plane fly over my house today kind of low, so I knew it was coming from the old Peas Air base in Newington NH. For shits and grins I looked it up on plane finder and have been watching it circle NO for a while now. Staying high and cruising pretty fast. Plane finder info says it's a KC-10-A, which looks to be a tanker. Could this just be because of the game, or is something else going on there? :confused5:

Cool, buy why fly all the way down from NH when there are other air bases much closer??? And why a tanker? BTW, check out the call sign! :D

Edit: in all seriousness, it's probably because Trump is at the game. When i saw him in houston, i was in the overflow crowd outside Toyota Center and they had a helo circling above, defending the airspace, making wide loops.



CFB fans seem pretty enthused about Trump's attendance at the game. USA USA USA!

Any time the President goes to Camp David, the 3 helos fly over my house. Its quite a sight.

Trump is at the game. They probably have it there for whatever plane he's in and the supporting aircraft.
