I may not be the only one to think this, but like a lightning strike, a thought popped in to my head.

What if, just what if...The coherent Biden is actually Biden and the dementia Biden is a drugged Biden? Doped up for proper signatures and messaging. Then moments of clarity.

Consider this, if there was a drug that could quickly push back dementia for a public appearance etc, wouldn't a ton of dementia patients be given the same drug? It's not reversible and "clarity" can't really be induced...but confusion CAN.

The only times he gets coherent these days is when he's either talking about very young girls or ice cream. His eyes light up at the mention of either one.
