SCENE: Night time. Railroad crossing. Crossing guards come down. A freight train on fire comes barreling in from the left. What is the movie?

EDIT: I do not know the name of the movie. It's not a game of you guess and I tell you that you are right or wrong. I want to know the name of the movie.

The reason The Matrix, or one of them, came to mind is that the scene seems to be something of an alternate reality. Like maybe someone visiting hell on earth.:bilmem:
