Death rate for constrictors in the US is .4 deaths annually. Dogs kill more then that daily. Gonna call social services on parents that let their kids play with dogs?

The death rate stat you give is completely meaningless, and your comparison to dogs makes no sense either. That's really apples and orangesT. here are a whole lot more dogs in the country than pythons. Good dogs, bad dogs and psycho dogs.

How many pythons are there in the country that are pets? Of those, how many owners toss them their kids in pool with them. I would say that most of the python owners out there have better sense than that. And that's what it's about, not the damn snake, but the idiot parents. The snake is going to be snake, it has no conscious, no feelings, no mind to speak of to train; just needs to eat. And those kids were prey sized.
