I'm fine - just super nauseated and low blood pressure at the moment. Got my Shadow at my side.

I keep seeing odd stains on the new carpet we installed. Round stains that emerge slowly. Hmmmmm. Then I realized, they are drool spots. Shadow sits and drools while I eat. Making actual ****ing puddles.

I hate losing my only day off like this. Pisses me off. There's a C2 out in the garage calling me "Snake! Snake! Come fondle my knobs and rub my chrome bumpers. Please I need it. I need it bad. Stroke my ****ed up steering column..."

P.S. Your avatar is making me very angry.

:ack:Holy crap Pete.....I just got out of the hospital for a bleeding ulcer, and now low BP and nausea! And that's thanks to all the cocktail of chemical crap they've been prescribing! ....... And my old C1 is sitting all lonely and stuff out in the garage too.:(

Damn! It's hard to do anything with this combo of symptoms.

What horrors did they perform on your gross anatomy?

I was hoping some of the chicks would show up in my bed. It's like a sausage festival at the moment.

Your avatar does not anger me.

Update - drank some water, laid around - pressure back up to 150/80.

Went to grocery store. 100° F outside. Sweated. Now back in bed. Nap time.

Another bit of trivia: Dogs are not dirty. In fact, it is us that are the pigs.

I drop potato chips. Dog cleans it up.
I finish breakfast - Dog cleans plate (and fork).
Mayo on your chin? Dog washes face.
Poop on the floor? Dog eats it up.

Conclusion: Dog is cleaner.

Get yourself some coconut water to drink. Calcium and magnesium. High in potassium. It's a natural electrolyte replacement. There's also some early, yet promising, research on the cytokinins in coconut water and their effect on slowing the rate of growth in cancer cells.

Finally a chick shows up. I was getting worried.

Good idea.

I was working on heat stroke and spent almost the last 40 hours in bed. :slap:

I drank over 1-1/2 gallons of water Thursday but it didn't help.

Keep in mind, you're going to want to pick up the kind that is in sweetened. It took me awhile to warm up to it. :funny:

Look for coconut water that is unpasteurized, raw and not from concentrate. If possible, find one that states it's made from young coconuts.

I like the Whole Foods 365 store brand.

Look into aloe vera juice, too. I think that will be helpful for you.

Full disclosure: I do not care for aloe vera juice. My coworker drinks it like crazy, but said it took some getting used to.

Aloe Vera for Stomach Ulcers | The Superfoods! (http://www.thesuperfoods.net/aloe-vera/aloe-vera-for-stomach-ulcers)

Try it for the first time on a Friday night or Saturday. Some people find that it, uh, cleans them out pretty good when they first start introducing it into their diet. Mostly if they drink a lot of it. I don't think you're going to down 10 bottles of it or anything, but better to be safe. :leaving:

water works - down until you get below a certain threshold.... then your body can't absorb (at a fast enough rate) to give quick relief on water alone.

Sports drinks, especially G2 (this is not the standard Gatorade) speeds up fluid absorbtion into the body. There are other more-natural fluids that work good too, like what NEED-A-VETTE mentioned.
