This guy named Josh Long, (pronounced Jo Shlong), is selling four Ruger PC-9's at the moment on Gun Broker.
This is the most PC-9'S that have been posted in a great while and there is a really good chance that I will procure one for under $800. I'm hoping that I nail the first one on the list for around $750.00. The next three seem to have cosmetic issues, however, that does not preclude me from bidding on them.
Anyway, the guy is in Union City TN, so I figured if someone lived there and felt like taking a ride to check them out, it might get them out of the house on an adventure. If not, no biggie.
I've seen these go for $1100.00 and if I can snipe one for $750ish, I'd be happy.

The one you described sounds like extra funds should be considered for that. :yesnod:

Plan "D" ( the BIN ) works too :seasix:

The BIN for $790.00 is a nice one too.

There hasn't been options like these in a looong time.
My patience just may pay off tomorrow.

Shlong must have bought out a prison or something like that.
To have that many PC-9's is odd.

The prices you see aren't what they eventually hammer for.
$745.00 was the lowest that I've seen one go for in the last ten months, (since I've been hunting). That was yesterday.
I have a great opportunity to finally get one for ~$800, as they generally go for that and higher. One in decent shape anyway.
Today could be the day !

Plan C was the charm !!!

$881.75 for the PC-9 in beautiful shape, along wit 6 10 round ruger mags, a 6 pocket mag holder and a sling.
The 6 mags alone would have cost $30 ea. on E-bay !, so if you take them out of the equation, the gun really cost $700.00 !
I CAN TOTALLY LIVE WITH THAT. :bill_daniels:

Building a semi-auto would have been a serious PITA and the platform that I would have ended up with was no good for my tastes, being restricted by these Nazi laws in NYS.
I got what I wanted.
My Ruger 9mm pistol mags are all interchangeable with this rifle. :seasix:

Plug Item 561685168 in and check it out !

We can have pretty much everything out here minus things like Regular Capacity Magazines, Class 3 stuff etc. Yes, even AR15's and AK patterned rifles are quasi legal (for now) with the 'Bullet Button' - a neutering device that requires the use of a 'tool' (the tip of a bullet is a 'tool' in the case of the DOJ TOOLS), to drop the magazine.

Rifles like the one you purchased is considered 'featureless' in the eyes of the Communist Republic of California, so we can buy stuff like that (for now) because it doesn't have an evil pistol grip or flash hider. The Liberal Turd Balls in Sacklessmento are currently working on more Anti Constitutional and Anti American Laws as we speak to protect the 'Children' however...The laws here are so convoluted and re-god-damn-diculous that it practically takes a law degree to understand.

Hopefully they and NYS will get to be as safe as the good residents of Illinois.
Their strict laws seem to be working wonderfully.....:spdchk:

I wonder if bayoneting deaths were down in the US from 1994-2004, during the "assault weapons" ban. In fact, I bet right now, in 2016, bayoneting deaths here in the US are at an all time high.
