A Pastor and an Attorney arrive at the Pearly Gates together.

St. Peter hands the Pastor the keys to a "very nice" efficiency apartment.

He hands the Attorney the keys to a luxurious penthouse apartment.

The Pastor didn't like that, and questioned why HE got the smaller quarters.

St. Peter said, "Beyond these gates, Pastors are a dime a dozen, but THIS is the first Attorney we've ever seen."

Think of jole as a vestigial tail. In the past, it seemed useful and necessary, but at this point, there isn't any use for it anymore. It's actually a reminder of the primordial ooze the VB sprang from.
