Swordfish steak with mushrooms, garlic, and onions, over a bed of brown rice, lentils and quinoa.
First time I've eaten mushrooms.

that looks tasty but...

with mushrooms, garlic, and onions, over a bed of brown rice, lentils and quinoa

heck; a piece of cardboard - with all those fixins - would be tasty too. Is there something about swordfish that requires it to smothered out by all these other ingredients?

I don't know, but I recall of all the places I've seen it on a menu, it's usually up there in price with the better steaks ($30.00 or more, usually more).
