GTLM Racing at Laguna Seca This Sunday

Okay, here is the PSA for Sunday, May 1st.

The Continental Tires Monterey Grand Prix will be run at the Laguna Seca track. GTLM cars will take the track at 11:05 PT (2:05 ET) and race until 1:05 PT (3:05 ET). It is being broadcast on Fox Sports 1.

The Corvette Team had a semi-disappointing weekend. The #3 Car (Antonio Garcia and Jan Magnussen) came in 4th in class and 10th overall while the #4 Corvette (Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner) were 7th in class and 13th overall.

Beating the Corvettes were the #66 Ford GT followed by the #67 Ferrari 488 and the #912 Porsche 911 RSR.

The #4 Corvette Team still has a commanding 18-point lead in the drivers standing while the #3 team has slipped into a tie for sixth.

Next race is the 24 Hours of Le Mans on 18-19 June.
