the Dr. said so. 6 days after surgery, zero loss of strength, full range of motion. Doing so well, they cancelled any physical therapy. Whoohooo!

Excellent, keep up what you've been doing. I keep telling my dad that as he's recovering from back surgery and my fear is he'll slow down and his recovery will slow down
