I have the P3P. Beautiful ship and the camera is awesome.

I've flown the Phantom 3 Pro. Very cool, good camera, and some really slick features.

My Phantom has sat unused since last Xmas. I need to learn how to fly this thing.

I've been afraid of feckin' it up and put the rotor guards on but haven't played with it yet. :slap:

Those sense and avoid eyes on the 4 would be helpful.

Pick up one of the cheap tiny ones and crash the heck out of it for a while and build confidence. Half of R/C is getting past that initial "crash every time" phase...

Y'all multi-rotor guys have infinite options for cheap trainer units. I think you can get a quad for less than $20 these days.

Fixed wing guys have to scratch build to get that cheap.

Sounds like a good idea. As long as the controls are somewhat similar.
Really been wanting to get out there and learn.

I just ordered their "Speed Build Kit" of their Spitfire. I want to do a couple of their kit versions, before I try cutting my own foamcore planes... the kit is $26... the plane is $4 of foamcore if you cut it yourself...

They're actually much less fun to fly than a heli, of fixed wing. If you are not interested in videography and programmed flight, you are not likely to be pleased with a multi-rotor.
