Never tried it but I can tell from watching coworkers that did the shake thing that once they lost the weight they quickly gained it back since they really didn't learn to change their eating habits. My advice is to spend the money on a nutritionist/dietician to help you work out a long term eating plan for youself. You can find them cheaper through wellness programs through hospitals.

A vastly cheaper, more satiating, and overall superior alternative would be eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, protein, and healthy fats.

The only supplement that's really needed is fish oil.

I hear Meth will help you loose weight, of course part of that weight you loose will be your teeth.

Don't do it. More snake oil. Serious.

I make shakes for my kid with cookie dough ice cream. Maybe try that? :)
