Sh!t looks like sh!t in the pictures. The panels are so wavy they will likely all have to be redone correctly and the sectioning and patch panels look like they were done at a vocational junior high school. Very not good, indeed.

IMO: Not a bad starting point. Price seems reasonable.
Break out the torch, lead sticks, tallow, flux, etc. No hurry.
Nice & easy. Learn all kinds of fun things, hammer welding, metal shrinking, general hammer & dolly and EVERYONE'S favorite...Body Filing, just to mention a few. (Replace ALL the floors 1st. as it adds rigidity to the body.)

Many decent cars started in far worse shape.
