CITI credit card Account in Error ?

I just received a "Thank You by CITI" notice of changed terms & conditions for account ending in 0026.

The problem is that I do not have an account with CITI.
I called & was told that there had been a problem that resulted in these notices being sent in error.

Has anyone else received a terms & conditions notice from CITI for an account that should not exist?

No but my coworker has just received $1200 worth of unauthorized charges on his citi card

Write a synopsis of your conversation with "Citi" and forward it and the booklet to the Postmaster General. Mail fraud is a serious deal... the issue will receive the attention it deserves!
