The orange tabbys are the smartest. You are his people now. Might as well get used to him.
I miss the last one we rescued.:sadangel:

We have Red (all red), Little Red (all red but smaller), Vee (red/white with a V on his back), Farmer John (or Big John, white wearing red overalls) and then there's Crumples, Crumpledore, Baron Von Crumpington III, Crumpster, or simply The Crump. He's red, he's big, he's old, he's ugly, and one of his ears looks like a crumpled dollar bill, hence the name...

Collectively, they are the Fat Tabby Gang, and they rule the neighborhood, battling with The Grey Boyz, Grape Ape and Tennessee Fats, for the affections of Mama Face and her daughters Callie, Smudge, Fuzzbutt and Carmalita....

At night, they all meet down in the sewers and do their version of the crap game from
" Guys and Dolls".
I just know it.

We have Gray Kitty vs the Orange Gang here lately. Gray is an older alpha male and the Oranges are three younger unfixed males who want to be Alpha. So far, age and experience have trumped youth and exuberance.

Keep cat. You'll see a decline in rodents.

Get them fixed ASAP, before you end up with MORE youth and exuberance.

Cant swing a dead cat without hitting another cat around here. Three neighbors across the street feed them and they keep reproducing. They tend to stay across the street so I enjoy sitting on the porch, watching the crazyness without the problems. I do have to keep the garage closed or they will move in. :cert:

We used to have cats in the neighborhood. Now we have coyotes.
