With all my firing my new revolver, looking for a holster, watching Clint Eastwood draw his pistol, and drinking, I've flat run out ot time to put together a Puzzle. Speaking of Clint, did you know that he wasn't just acting in his shooting scenes? No, he was a quick-draw, one-handed, point-and-shoot expert:

Remember the scene in "Fistful of Dollars" where Eastwood shoots the henchmen who scared his mule when Clint rode into town?
The camera was staged at Eastwood's hip so we see him shooting the henchmen from the point of view of his gun. Notice the fancy twirl of the pistol being re-holstered. No body double in that scene.
Lee van Cleef, who starred with Clint in "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" was also an expert shootist. When starring in westerns, his characters frequently used customized firearms, such as rifles and pistols with increased precision, fire rate, ammo magazine and additional muzzles. He once gave and interview and when asked if he was better than Clint with pistols, he said, "I'm no match for Clint--he's the best."
BTW, van Cleef was an accountant and part-time actor; he didn't want to give up the stability of his day job. One trait that Lee had was that he had one green eye and one blue eye, corrected in movies with contact lenses. He was involved in a car accident in 1959 in which he lost his left kneecap. Doctors told him he would never be able to ride a horse again because of the injury. Within six months he was back in the saddle.
See you next week with a Puzzle!
