It's definitely cool, but you would still have to trailer it unless you had your own boat ramp.

Around here there are lots of communities around lakes but not water FRONT properties. People use a communal dock/ramp that might be a block away from their house. Perfect for them.

And the provincial parks all have common beach areas so you trailer it to your site and drive it down to the beach dock area from there. Parking trailers is always a pain.
