They actually won the season opener against Houston, and then went on the 5 game losing streak.

The turnaround is remarkable though. Going from 1-5 to 11-5 is a testament to their hard work and dedication. They even had a player battle through Cancer last year only to come back and play the season of his life.

The locker room videos of this team are very humbling. They treat each other as a family and break all their huddles with 'Fam'. They broke the 20+ year 'curse' of not winnng a playoff game.

Kansas City is a wonderful little city that deserves a little time in the spotlight. How cool would it be for the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl on the heels of the Royals winning the World Series.

Again, GO CHIEFS! GO KC!

I was born and raised in Kansas City, and even though I live in Los Angeles, I still feel like KC is my home.
