Until this last week I have spent 0$ in as long as I can remember on any lottery.

It's the multiplier that pays 2 to 5 times the value of the regular payout with the exception of the grand prize ( and possibly the matching 5 of 5 without the powerball )

If the power play number is 3, the payout for matching the powerball only, which is $4 would be $12
