I was looking at the Admiral Blue's garage pics and got to thinking about one of my old places back in Dayton, Oh.

There is a lot more to that pic, but yeah it was my front yard at one time.. :yesnod:

That view was behind the house I had there, and in front of my garage door, but I didn't live in the house.. I lived in back of my shop in a small apartment that I built in my warehouse.

So this pic was my front entry.

I would usually just hit the garage door opener and drive into my shop which was 40X100

This was kind of my layover space in between splitting up with the Ex, and getting the kids back.

The property was from one street to the next over, and the warehouse was about 29.000 square foot.

Lots of room to store good eBay and flea market junks.. :D

Once my daughters started moving back in with me back then, I took over the house again, and moved in there for the time being.. but later moved to a nicer neighborhood for better schools for them.

Sold two of them on ebay.. and as soon as they were gone i replaced that same space with more old junk restorables.. :D

When I was a kid, my cousin had a few cool old cars in front of his trailer home..

And knew someday I wanted to have stuffs like that also.. :seasix:

I like the chair on the trunk.

This whole picture reminds me of a few of the spots I see on the way to Lime Rock.

Reminds me of Fred Sanford!

I bought a '60 Bonneville in '70 in Tejas.....swapped the 8 lug Grand Prix wheels onto it, only a 14-15" wheel, but the 8 lugs around the perimeter of the brake drum and all them fins, made for a cool look....back in the day.....

Pretty much.. :yesnod:

In my area I had rows and rows of shelves and stuff stacked to the ceiling, I kept it pretty organized and sold stuff at auctions, flea markets and on ebay.

A hardware store went out of business just down the street and I would go in and buy entire rows of supplies like electrical and plumbing also.

Further into the warehouse was tons of old vintage Pontiac parts. mostly from the 50's, 60's and early 70's that a renter had.

The whole building was about 29,000 square foot and I could walk a whole street block over without even going outside.

A robotics company rented about 5000 square foot for storage of old robot parts and supplies, they eventually went bankrupt so I ended up with it all.

Sold a lot of it on ebay.

I did build a slick little apartment in the back of the warehouse, and stayed there for about a year or so.

I copied my floor plan for the bedroom from a Holiday Inn room.
