Dubai high rise fire.....

NY eve......next to that spire of theirs, that is reported to be largely unoccupied, but this hotel fire seems strange in that only 1/2 of the building is on fire, vertically, many stories, but not spreading to the other 1/2......

I just hope it's not insured by any huge conglomerate insurance company.....

Seems large fires are happening all over... 4 alarm in Baltimore, "major fire" in Manilla, Santiago, Chile is swathed in thick smoke from approaching forest fire, this thing in Dubai... the pictures of the New Year's fireworks going off as the skyscraper burns are funny...
