pretty good. I need to add some egg or something next time, the meat is really loose.

It's ironic since we feed the Turkeys tortillas.

I made these last night. Roasted stuffed poblano peppers stuffed with homemade chorizo, fried potatoes, and cheese. Topped with pickled spiced onion.
