can you never trust?

To me, it's grown men who sit on the phone and gossip about absolutely nothing.
My cousin is 38yrs old and sits on his cell phone with who ever is willing to talk to him, and talks about everyone and anyone he knows......all day long!
It pisses him off when I tell him my sister in law, who is 17yrs old, doesn't even talk on the phone or text message as much as he does.
